On Wednesday, August 2 dine out at one of the Local Hero restaurants listed below and enjoy the best that our valley chefs -- and farmers -- have to offer!

Local Hero restaurants serve up locally grown food as often as they can throughout the season and even year-round. From sweet maple syrup and farm-fresh eggs and dairy products to berries and vegetables, local chefs choose locally grown for freshness, flavor and quality -- and because like you, they want to see our local farms survive and thrive.
