Local Hero Campaign 2006 membership applications

Local Hero membership is available to farmers growing locally grown farm products and the businesses that buy and sell them (grocery stores, restaurants, institutions, farmers markets, landscape and garden centers and garden designers) in Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, western Worcester and eastern Berkshire counties. If your business meets these criteria, dowload the appropriate form below.
